Purchase of Burial Lot:
The Church has arranged a special discounted rate with Fairfax Memorial (hereinafter referred to as “Fairfax Memorial”) for the purchase of burial lots. The Purchaser is entitled to buy a burial lot at a discounted rate of $4,875 under the conditions stipulated in this Agreement. This cost covers the burial rights only and does not include the vault or interment fees, which must be purchased separately directly from Fairfax Memorial.

Down Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to pay 20% of the discounted lot price, which amounts to $975, directly to the Church as an initial down payment. Upon receipt of this down payment, the Church will provide the Purchaser with a letter confirming the Purchaser’s eligibility for the discounted lot purchase, which must be presented to Fairfax Memorial.

Payment Plan with Fairfax Memorial:
The Purchaser must contact Fairfax Memorial within seven (7) days of the date of this Agreement to set up a payment plan for the remaining balance of the burial lot purchase price. Fairfax Memorial offers a 60-month interest-free payment plan for the balance.

Consequences of Non-Payment:
If the Purchaser fails to comply with the payment schedule agreed upon with Fairfax Memorial, the Purchaser will forfeit the right to the burial lot. Fairfax Memorial reserves the right to resell the lot to another buyer. The Church is not responsible for making any payments on behalf of the Purchaser and is solely responsible for collecting the initial 20% down payment.

Refund of Initial Down Payment:
In the event that Fairfax Memorial is unable to collect the remaining payment as per the payment plan and thus exercises its right to resell the lot, the Church will refund the initial 20% down payment to the Purchaser, provided that the Purchaser has complied with all the terms of this Agreement.

No Additional Obligations:
The Church does not assume any legal or financial obligations beyond the collection of the initial down payment and the issuance of the confirmation letter to the Purchaser.

Agreement to Terms:
The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein and commits to fulfilling the obligations as a participant in this burial lot purchase arrangement.
